What are your turnaround times?

I aim to get all orders out within a week of ordering. This will vary during busy periods. All current processing times are displayed at the top of the home page.

What is the composition of your faux suede products?

I use Ultrasuede for all of my faux suede products. This is made from 80% polyester and 20% polyurethane. This fabric can also be washed at 30 degrees.

Are your pom poms made with real fur?

Absolutely NOT! I personally do not endorse using any animal skin/fur on my products.
